Prof. Guo Huadong, director general of the International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (CBAS) was invited to give a consulting report named "Solutions Driven by Big Data for SDG 11 Implementation" at an Expert Group Meeting which was held on February 8-9 at Bilbao, Spain as a preparation for the review of the five focused SDGs of the 2023 at the UN High Level Political Forum.
