Young Scholars from Ghana and Pakistan Participate in China Exchange Program on Ecosystem MonitoringThe China Exchange Program for Young International (CEP), hosted by Prof. LIU Qinhuo from the Aerospace Information Research Institute (AIR), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), has successfully concluded. The program brought together three early-career researchers from Ghana and Pakistan for in-depth academic and cultural exchanges, focusing on Earth observation and ecosystem monitoring under the frameworks of the Global Ecosystems and Environment Observation Analysis Research Cooperation (GEOARC) and the Asia-Oceania Group on Earth Observations (AOGEO).

Collaborative Agreement Signed for Powering Digital Sustainable Development Research between CBAS and ICIMODOn June 11, 2025, during the Second Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange, the International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (CBAS) and the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on joint scientific efforts for digital sustainable development research. The signing took place at the Forum on Building the Pathway to Innovation Supported by Space Information Technology.
