Impact Factor of Microsystems & Nanoengineering Rises to Record-high 8.006

According to the 2022 Journal Citation Report (JCR) recently released by Clarivate Analytics, the impact factor of Microsystems & Nanoengineering has risen to 8.006 in 2021. With a 50% increase in the total number of articles published, Microsystems & Nanoengineering has ranked No. 4 in the Instrument & Instrumentation category in JCR in terms of impact factor, continued to be ranked in the Q1, and ranked No. 1 in instrumentation subject in Chinese journals for six consecutive years.
Microsystems & Nanoengineering is an Open Access English academic journal established by the Aerospace Information Research Institute (AIR), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) in cooperation with Springer Nature, and the first engineering journal between Nature Portfolio and Chinese academia. All articles are available free of charge to all readers on the journal website www.nature.com/micronano. Microsystems & Nanoengineering, with the goal of "strengthening international exchange, expanding academic influence, and discipline construction", covers new design (theory, modeling and simulation) of micro and nano devices and systems, advanced manufacturing, testing technology, reliability and new applications, and nanoengineering technology.
The editor-in-chief of Microsystems & Nanoengineering is Prof. WU Yirong, also Director General of AIR. Executive editor-in-chiefs are Prof. CUI Tianhong, Distinguished McKnight University Professor at the University of Minnesota, USA, and Prof. Ian White, a member of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Vice-Chancellor and Professor at the University of Bath, UK.
