The BRICS Forum on Big Data for Sustainable Development was held both in Beijing and online on April 26, 2022. The two-day event was hosted by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Academy of Science of South Africa, Brazilian Academy of Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences, and Indian National Science Academy.

BEIJING, April 22 (Xinhua) -- The China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station has successfully tracked and received the downlink data from a Chinese atmospheric environment monitoring satellite, according to the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The satellite images include several spots across China which are recently captured by LANDSAT-9. The images are processed by the engineers from RSGS.

China Remote Sensing Satellite Ground Station (RSGS), a major national S&T infrastructure hosted by the Aerospace Information Research Institute (AIR) under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), confirmed that it received data from the newly launched GF-3 03 satellite on April 11.
