International Symposium on Ultrafast Phenomena and THz Waves

The International Symposium on Ultrafast Phenomena and THz Waves (ISUPTW) provides a platform for strengthening the collaboration and exchange among worldwide researchers in academia and industry and promoting the development in Ultrafast and Terahertz science and technology. The biennial symposium, initiated in 2002, has been held in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Tianjin, Xi'an, Wuhan, Chongqing, Changsha, Chengdu and Qingdao. It brings together scholars, researchers, engineers and students from more than 10 countries and typically hosts about 150-400 participants.
ISUPTW 2024 will be hosted by the Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences in Guangzhou during Nov. 15-18, 2024. Two symposia, THz Science and Technology and Ultrafast phenomena, are being arranged in the symposium with the scope ranging from basic research to application, including the fields of terahertz and ultrafast phenomena.
