Microsystems & Nanoengineering’s Academic Activity Month Is Coming

Oct 09, 2021

The Academic Activity Month of Microsystems & Nanoengineering will be launched this November to promote research advances and academic exchanges in the field of China. Organized by Microsystems & Nanoengineering in partnership with 11 domestic research institutions, the activities in this month will consist of Frontier Symposium, Doctoral Student Forum and Poster Exhibition and will be held online, free of charge.

Frontier Symposium provides a unique platform for outstanding Chinese scientists in the field of microsystems and nanoengineering to review the latest academic achievements and propose innovative ideas. It also enables scientists to have in-depth exchanges on relevant academic issues, inspire and criticize each other so as to help them to grasp the latest trends in various disciplines, promote innovation and collaboration.

Doctoral Forum enables doctoral students to gain cutting-edge knowledge and professional guidance through discussions on their research topics with peers and experts in a strong academic atmosphere, as well as to connect and collaborate with experts in the field. The forum encourages applications from doctoral students who have already decided on the research direction for their dissertation or young doctors who graduated less than 2 years ago and are currently exploring research fields.

Poster Exhibition provides a powerful and dynamic academic exhibition platform for young scientists to present their latest research results to the industry and the public and directly show them to senior scholars and researchers who may provide valuable timely feedback, which gives young scientists more freedom to explore ideas and share experiences. Winners of the Best Poster Award will be invited to present their research at the Frontier Symposium.

Sign-up for both the Online Doctoral Student Forum and Online Poster Exhibition are open. Follow the link below to get more details in Chinese.
