Environment and Disaster Remote Sensing Studies: Monitoring, assessment, forecasting studies on environment and disasters aimed to prevent disaster risks and catastrophic affections to environment；

Cartography and geographic information system： By means of spatial modelling, spatial analysis of GIS techniques, in association with quantitative inversion technology for studying spatial-temporal changes and possible disasters of hydrology, water resource and water environment under global changes.
